It will be held on April 17, 2010 at D.O.P.E Studio from 12-5pm.

1. Meetup: Lavender MRT Station.

First shift: We will meet at 11am sharp to bring everyone to the studio.

Second shift: At 11.30am sharp.

Whoever that is late, please go to the studio by yourself. We will not be fetching those who are late and will leave at 11 and 11.30 sharp respectively to bring those who are already at the station.

Please be punctual as time is tight on that day.

2. Dance outfit

Blue top, black bottom, covered shoes (e.g. sport shoes, sneakers, high cut/top sneakers), accessories (optional).

Those who do not dress like that will not be included in the video.

3. Oustanding club funds

These are the people who have not paid their full $15.

SPAZZnDance is still open for registration due to incomplete groups.

Please be at citylink - esplanade open space from 12 - 5pm. Those who are arriving late, please do attempt to make it by 3pm.

Those who have paid club funds last saturday, 20th February 2010 you do not need to pay for the funds this saturday, 27th February 2010.

Registration will be closed the very min. dance practice ends on the 27th.

The reason why we’re not accepting any more registrations after the 27th is because we have time constraints.

We’ll be booking studios when we have enough money in the club funds.

We’ll be purchasing the speaker this saturday. Anyone with recommendations for portable LOUD speakers tt utilizes batteries as a power source is fully welcomed.

Anyone who has recommendations for dance studio rental that is able to house from 30 - 40 people with rates cheaper than 50 dollars an hour, please do tell us.

We’ll only accept club funds from members with full confirmed groups of 5.

Once the groups are confirmed, please do pay $5 a week, if not we might not have enough funds to book studios. Our aim is to book a studio that can house ALL OF US for 5 hours straight. (I’m hoping that if we book for a month, every saturday 12 - 5), it’d be cheaper. (ok hoping…)

For all who are interested to attend after the 2nd Anniversary, we’ll be learning Juliette next.

Updates from SPAZZnee meeting part 1.

We’re settling the fixed and formal club member list on the 20th. Please do attempt to attend this sat’s meeting at city link mall - esplanade if you plan to be in this club.

If you can’t attend, please reply to this twitter or in our blog’s tag board and inform us.

All who was previously in this club, please do attend too, or u’d be considered out of this club.

1. Attend this saturday 20th feb 2010 meeting 12 - 5/6. (Just come, report your name, sort your grouping, then you can leave. just make sure you can come between the time slot, doesn’t matter if its for 1 or 2 hours.)

2. Inform us if you can’t. But make sure you’re able to attend on the 27th. if you can’t, sorry, please wait until the end of SHINee’s 2nd anniversary.

3. All member registrations will only be made via meet ups. Do not inform us your personal details via cyber means.

4. All groups are reshuffled. All members of the groups are entitled to be present for every saturday, from 27th onwards. If you can’t attend for valid reasons, please do attempt to practise on weekdays with your group, Due to time constraints, only one week of leave is allowed.

5. All groups will be in groups of 5. Please do appoint your own group leader, group name and group members and pass it to the committee on 20th and 27th. Groups with slots will not be considered for 2nd Anniversary video until it is full. Group leaders will be given duties.

6. Everyone who is interested to join, you must be able to fork out $5 every saturday. (amount subjected to changes) due to booking of studio as well as purchasing of speakers + batteries and others (we will definitely inform every member of what we plan on doing with the money before we do it, to gain everyone’s agreement)

7. We’ll be focusing on Replay and RDD. But Replay is our priority. If time allows, and if we’re good at RDD, we’ll include the chreo inside.

8. Dancing of other songs are only permitted during break times. And if you plan on dancing other songs, you are not allowed to use the speaker.

9. All leaders are to report to the committee on the progress of individual members of the group, and whether they’re able to attend etc. What they’re unsure of and to host dance practices with their group members outside of club times. Any problems are referred to the leader then collated and passed to the committee.

10. Those who aren’t able to attend on the 20th -27th feb 2010, registration will be reopened again after SHINee’s 2nd anniversary.

11. Those who didn’t inform the committee of their absence on the 20th of Feb are not allowed to join us on the 27th.

SPAZZnDance@SG (Sub dance group from SHINee Forums International) is currently rearranging the member lists.

Due to overwhelming response of interested parties willing to join in the dance practices once a week, every saturday.

We’re now.. clearing the attendance, only those who attends the dance frequently shall have their names in the attendance.

Group 1 - (Faezah changed to Lixin)

Group 4 & 5 - Disbanded.

Group 4 & 5 shall regroup again after new attendees have been confirmed. Past members who are active, please do discuss with your group and report to anyone in the main committee of your attendance.  (or just reply to this post)

Dance shall commence on the 20th. Meeting place at citylink mall. (Same as when we gathered for shinee’s arrival)

Same timing.

If the amount of members exceeds a certain amount (depending on what studio we have to book for future practices), we’ll be collecting 2-5 dollars per person every week.

And we’ll start proceeding to the studio once we have gathered enough funds for that week.

Individual groups are advised to gather together over the week to practice the dances as we have limited time left to prepare for SHINee’s 2nd Anniversary.

And please be aware that the outfit is blue top, black dance pants, sneakers.

It would be great if you could implement a bit of red into you outfit. but its not compulsary.

Please plan your outfits accordingly with your group mates.

Please refrain from dancing other group dances during mass practices. Other dances are allowed during break times, however, please keep the volume low. For other dances by non-SHINee groups, no speakers are allowed.

Sorry to those who can’t attend regularly, however, we’re in a rush of time, thus we can’t accept those who can only attend like, once a month. Registration will reopen after SHINee’s 2nd anniversary, so feel free to join during then. However, you won’t be counted as members of the club if you’re unable to attend regularly.

We’ve changed to learning only SHINee dances as of now, until we’re able to finish most of SHINee’s dances. (We’ve realized there’s way too much to count, and all have a certain difficulty level))

One more day till #SHINee comes down to Singapore! =D *counting down* Everyone get ready your presents for them =D
